Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+-ATPase pump. Domperidone is a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist that enhances gastrointestinal motility.

Used in the treatment of GERD, peptic ulcers, and dyspepsia.on.

Hypersensitivity to any component. Contraindicated in patients with prolactinoma or gastrointestinal hemorrhage.

Caution in hepatic impairment, prolonged QT interval, and elderly patients.

Interacts with ketoconazole, erythromycin, warfarin, and antacids.

Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation; consult physician.

One capsule once daily, preferably before breakfast or as directed by a physician.

Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, fatigue, and rash.
