Indicated for diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, post-surgical pain, and peripheral neuropathy.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.

Use with caution in renal impairment or patients with CNS depression.

Concurrent use with CNS depressants (e.g. alcohol, opioids) may increase sedation risk.

Use only if benefits outweigh potential fetal risk; discontinue breastfeeding or the drug as necessary.

One capsule daily, preferably at bedtime, or as directed by a physician.

Dizziness somnolence, fatigue, peripheral ecema, and mild gastrointestinal upset.
