- Sodium Picosulphate is a stimulant laxative that promotes bowel movement by stimulating colonic peristalsis.
- Liquid Paraffin acts as a stool lubricant, easing passage and preventing straining.
- Milk of Magnesia is an osmotic laxative that softens stools by drawing water into the intestines.

Indicated for the relief of:
- Constipation
- Anal fissures
- Piles management
- Pre/Post-operative bowel evacuation

Contraindicated in:
- Acute abdominal conditions (e.g., appendicitis)
- Known hypersensitivity to ingredients
- Intestinal obstruction

Use cautiously in:
- Elderly patients
- Chronic constipation
- Patients on a sodium-restricted diet

May interfere with the absorption of other oral medications.
Separate administration by at least 2 hours.

- Use with caution.
- Consult physician before use in pregnant or lactating women.

Adults: 15-30 ml at bedtime or as directed by the physician.
Children: As per pediatrician's advice.
